What is RxVanta?+
RxVanta is a neutral online marketplace for licensed pharmacies and wholesale distributors. Pharmacies search by drug name or NDC and compare live prices across multiple wholesalers on one screen; sellers list their inventory and ship and invoice buyers directly.
What does it cost to join?+
Joining is free for licensed pharmacies, with no membership fees and no contracts. For wholesalers, your first $10,000 in sales is completely fee-free; after that a low per-order fee applies, in line with how other marketplaces work.
How do you make money if it's free for pharmacies?+
Like other marketplaces, sellers pay a small transaction fee to reach our verified buyer network. Pharmacies pay nothing to search, compare, and order.
Who can join?+
Only license-verified pharmacies and wholesale distributors. Every account uploads its state license and DEA registration, and our team reviews each one before it can transact. No retail buyers, no unlicensed sellers.
What can I buy and sell?+
Non-controlled brand and generic Rx, OTC products, and medical/diabetic supplies, in original manufacturer packaging from licensed distributors. Controlled substances are not offered at launch.
How do orders and shipping work?+
You fill one cart; at checkout it splits into a separate order for each seller. Each wholesaler ships and invoices you directly under their own terms. Cutoff times, shipping tiers, and free-shipping minimums are shown before you order.
Is my data private?+
Yes. RxVanta is independent. We don't operate a competing wholesaler and we don't sell your purchasing data. Your buying activity stays yours.
